Small Group classes are limited to 6-8 members as you receive hands-on coaching.
Each class is led by a Coach, held in the CrossFit and Small Group Training room.
Workouts mainly consist of strength training in a circuit style in which you will learn proper technique, sweat, and have fun!

Can you join in even with injuries or limitations?
YES, absolutely. Each workout is completely modified and adjusted based on your individual goals, limitations, or injuries.
