Small Group classes are limited to 6-8 members as you receive hands-on coaching.

Each class is led by a Coach, held in the CrossFit and Small Group Training room.

Workouts mainly consist of strength training in a circuit style in which you will learn proper technique, sweat, and have fun!

Who's it for?

ANYONE! Really! If you are looking to build strength, muscle, and sweat!

How many people in a class?

We limit class size to 6-8 people, to provide each member with as much hands-on instruction as possible. The Group Coach is there to teach and motivate!

Can you join in even with injuries or limitations?

YES, absolutely. Each workout is completely modified and adjusted based on your individual goals, limitations, or injuries.

What is a workout comprised of?

Each workout will focus on functional, body-weight, and weighted exercises. The workouts are generally in a circuit-like style which helps strengthen you aerobically and burn calories. Each workout is progressive and will adjust based on your needs.

What kind of equipment is used?

EVERYTHING! Exercises are made up of mostly body-weight, resistance bands, TRX suspension, and dumbbells. Kettlebells, rowers, medicine balls, stability balls, & others are often used as well.

Where and when are classes held?

All Small Group Training is held during private times in the CrossFit and Small Group Training room. More than 13 classes are available per week starting at 5:30am and as late as 6:30pm.
