Nick Frazier
Head Coach

Coach Nick didn't play high school or college sports. One of his favorite interactions with a client was when she asked what high school he played football for and he responded, "Football? I never played football. I was the captain of the Debate team." Though not on a field or in a gym, he was competitive and was a National Champion Debater. He graduated from Assumption College with a double degree in English Writing and Art, but a work-study job his Freshman year landed him in the campus gym where he discovered an interest and passion for fitness. After finishing his first Tough Mudder, his competitive drive took over and he sought out something new in CrossFit. He has since completed numerous Tough Mudders and Spartan Races and finished the 2015 Boston Marathon. He was a Strength Specialist for the Northeast Grid League and has taken the podium at numerous CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions.

First and foremost, his goal has always been about helping people. He worked in non-profits for four years helping people of all different backgrounds with issues ranging from homelessness to addiction. When he discovered that helping people with their health and fitness delivered more prominent and successful changes, he switched gears.

He started coaching in early 2014. One of his favorite coaches used to say, "Don't coach something you're not well educated on." After he became a coach, he became obsessed with educating himself in as many fitness domains as possible. He has been fortunate to train under some of the best coaches in the world. Studying with champion weightlifters, gymnasts, and more has helped him become a better coach and athlete.
