Maybe you’re an athlete, working to take your performance to the next level with a challenging fitness regimen.
We know that all of our incredible members come to Fit Factory to pursue a healthier lifestyle, but we also understand that all of our members have joined us for different reasons, with different goals.
Today, we’re hearing from eight Fit Factory members—and they’re getting real about the motivations and goals that get them to the gym every single week. Let’s hear their stories!

“I’d always been active and loved working out...but after pregnancy, I needed more support...I didn’t have the knowledge to get back to my pre-baby body on my own, but with personal training, I’m seeing real changes...I’m not getting bigger, I’m getting leaner and stronger.”

“I joined Fit Factory in April 2015...at that point in my life, I had stopped putting myself first and had put on a lot of weight. Now, I feel so much confidence in the gym. Also, [my personal trainer] introduced me to the world of counting macros, and the awesome thing is that it’s a lifestyle, not a fad diet. My biggest goal? To keep becoming a better version of myself: to get stronger and healthier every single day.”

“Prior to having kids, I was in really great shape...but it got to the point where I had gained weight and was really unhappy. I started with personal training (because I was scared to try CrossFit), but my husband convinced me to try CrossFit and now I love it...I’m addicted. I have a nutrition plan based on my weekly workouts, and the support of group classes pushes you even if you’re still a beginner.”

“Here’s the thing: CrossFit never gets easy—it keeps being challenging and kicks your butt. Sometimes I can’t believe I come in for this and pay for this...but then I love it and come in the next day!...Plus, it’s like a big family. The community is amazing...My goals? I just want to stay in shape. I love the way I feel and look when I stay on track.”
